Shipping and Tracking Information
Please check all shipping details listed are correct prior to completing your order. The address submitted on order is final and any changes required are to be requested through the Courier Service. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Private Bags or Parcel Lockers.
Your order will be delivered via NZ Post or Courier Post whereby you can track your order from shipping information provided upon dispatch. Orders placed on the weekend will usually be processed within 24 – 48 hours of the next business day.
To ensure effective and safe delivery of your purchase we use a signature required service. We understand that this option doesn't suit everyone and therefore you can complete an "Authority to Leave" or "Parcel Leave" form online via the tracking link provided, however this is at the risk of the customer. Read more about this in our Shipping Disclaimer below.
We aim to ship orders as soon as possible, however, this will not always be the same day that the order is placed - please allow a processing time of 1-2 business days. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when order is placed.
Customers will receive an email confirming their order shortly after the order is placed. If customer does not receive this email confirmation, please double check any spam folders. Another email with tracking information will be sent after the order has been dispatched
The Natural Market NZ Limited cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. Including parcels where the customer has arranged "Authority to Leave" or "Parcel Leave" services.
Customers are responsible for providing The Natural Market NZ Limited with their correct shipping address - if a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.
Customers of non-delivered items will be contacted once the parcel has been returned to sender. The Natural Market NZ Limited will hold the parcel for 28 days after initial contact has been made. The Natural Market NZ Limited do not take responsibility for non-delivered items and refunds will not be granted.
The Natural Market NZ Limited do not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers. No refunds/exchanges for shipping costs will be given in these cases.
